Sausages and spinach
Here's something I cooked up about 2 weeks ago. Fried sausages and spinach in the pan together. Nothing spectacular, but initially I was skeptical as to whether the soft texture of the spinach would fit with the chopped sausages. They matched better than I expected, although they were not exactly made for each other, so to speak. Sausages sold here in Japan are somewhat different from those in Singapore. Or to be more precise, the standard type of sausage in Japan is not like those I remember from Singapore. I miss those sausages that came in cans back home.
