The other day, got round to trying to bake garlic cloves, like so - break up garlic bulb into separate cloves. Wrap unpeeled cloves in aluminium foil, adding a little olive oil as well. Place foil package in toaster oven and heat for 10 min. Result : Good, but not as soft as I had hoped for. Try for 20 minutes next time. Perhaps try without adding any oil as well?

Since I was cooking with the toaster, decided to try pork chops as well. Rubbed belachan into pork chops. Wrapped in aluminium foil. Heated in toaster for 25 min. Verdict : Good. Not as hot as expected since the chilli oil collected in a pool in the foil package and was left behind when removing the pork chops. But the shrimp taste from the belachan went well with the meat. Try with some additional seasoning this time.
