Good thing I am going back home for a holiday soon. Have to clear the fridge before I go back though. Pork chops and broccoli still remain...
Also, should try making one of the small dishes that was served last night - garlic cloves wrapped in aluminium foil and baked. Strong savoury garlic taste without the sharpness of raw garlic. I think they add a little oil before baking?
