Yesterday morning, got up, sliced up a cucumber, sliced up a carrot, and sliced up some green capsicum. Stir-fried some pork in the wok, tossed in the carrots, fried further, toss in the capsicum, fried further, added in the cucumber. Salt, pepper, sesame oil. Verdict : OK, needs better seasoning and maybe less cooking oil. Nice mix of colours though.

For the meat, used the thinly-sliced stuff you see in the supermarkets here. Should use something sliced a bit thicker next time.
