Watched the Confederation Cup third-place match and finals last night (this morning). Good thing I did. Anyway, since I am not a competent sports commentator, I shall stop here.

Today's breakfast : Fried diced tofu in a pan until lightly browned (took some time, that). Added chopped asparagus. Sprinkle water, olive oil, cooking wine, pepper, salt. Finally toss with garlic butter/spread. Verdict : good enough for others. Could cut out the olive oil, cooking wine and go for more garlic spread though.

Tofu : drain and press (to get rid of excess water) before use when frying.
